Belair-Edison's eighth-grade students organized a Black History Living Museum, where each student portrayed a historical figure. Attendees, including fellow students and families, engaged in asking questions about the portrayed figures' lives. The event showcased the students' creativity and research skills, promoting a greater understanding and appreciation for the significant contributions of these historical figures to Black history.

Touring the facility, the cadets received an overview of the fire department recruit experience, gaining valuable insights into their future roles as EMTs and firefighters with BCFD. |

ConneXions Cosmetology students were awarded certificates and stipends after successfully completing a four-week lash artistry training program at Babe Spa.

Scholars, families, teachers, volunteers, and community partners came together for a collaborative discussion on school budget priorities for the upcoming academic year, all while participating in a creatively organized Paint and Tea event facilitated by parents. |

Dallas F. Nicholas hosted a "Men of Dallas," organized by the Family Community Engagement Liaison and team, featuring special guest Mr. Kenji Jackson. The session focused on the "5 Love Languages," providing insights on handling each child individually and strengthening bonds with them. |

Northwood hosted two Donuts for Dad events. During the event, Assistant Principal Michael Forney presented about upcoming events, updates, and how parents can get involved in school (like field day, bus loop, lunch duty). |

| Mervo Engineering secured first and second place at the KidWind State Championships for the second consecutive year. This achievement earns both teams an invitation to the World Championships in Minneapolis, MN, scheduled from May 4 to May 9. A third team from Mervo earned the Sportsmanship Award!
