Gonzaba Medical Group welcomes new providers to our Familia! Dr. Michelle Gonzaba and Dr. Miguel Palacios. Both doctors come to us with unique experiences and colorful backgrounds, and they are both currently accepting new patients!

Dr. Michelle Gonzaba was born and raised here in Texas, and she specializes in Family Medicine as well as Arthritis Management. She is very passionate about providing high quality care to her patients, and her top priority is preventing disability in every single patient. 

When managing arthritis, Dr. Michele focuses on preventative care, holistic medicine, healthy lifestyle changes and weight loss management. She also offers in-office joint injections for qualifying patients with arthritis. If you have a member who lives with arthritis, Dr. Michelle provides high quality care and is ready to get them back on the right track. She is currently accepting new patients!

Dr. Michelle joined GMG because of the compassionate care we deliver to the community.

Dr. Palacios joins Gonzaba Medical Group with a wealth of experience! He is a Texas Native from Round Rock who specializes in family medicine and musculoskeletal medicine, and also practices women’s health and psychiatry. He is very passionate about caring for his patients and a firm believer in the importance of preventative care, always encouraging his patients to maintain an active lifestyle to prevent health complications down the road.

Additionally, Dr. Palacios is skilled in ambulatory procedures such as cyst removals and skin biopsies which he can perform in-office when necessary for his patients.

Dr. Palacios’ dedication to medicine and his patients has not gone unnoticed in the community. Texas Monthly Magazine as well as San Antonio Scene has both recognized Dr. Palacios every year from 2018-2024!
