Oralia Flores joined Gonzaba Medical Group in 2003 as a member of the brand new field marketing team. She loved interacting with the senior community and hearing their stories. After a while, multiple seniors began expressing their need for a place where they could build a community.

Oralia wanted to help the seniors find a place where they could feel important, where they would be listened to and where they could connect with others. She came up with the idea to create a Gonzaba Event Center. Within a few weeks of opening, the seniors who attended the event center had already formed friendships, they hung out before and after events, and they expressed their appreciation to Oralia for creating a place for them have a community.
Today, Oralia works as Community Healthcare Supervisor, supporting our growing team of Community Healthcare Advocates. Her passion for the senior community is evident in everything the team does, and it lives on through the event center every single day. Gonzaba is lucky to have Oralia as part of the familia.
