Are you ready for AEP?

Gonzaba can help!

Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans have always been confusing for seniors, and this year's Annual Enrollment Period is no different - in fact, things are about to get MORE confusing. Due to federal government regulations, Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans have new rules that will kickoff in 2025.

But don't worry- we are here to make things as easy as possible.

We want you to rest easy knowing that if your clients come to us with any concerns or questions about Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans, we will send them your way. To ensure that we know who your clients are, don't forget to fill out an agent of record form when you sign up new members!

Gonzaba will continue to provide high quality healthcare and treat your clients Como Familia, Like Family.

The History of Gonzaba's Agent of Record

Est. 2018

When you sign up a new member with Gonzaba under a Medicare Advantage Plan, it is important that you formally assign yourself as the Agent of Record (AOR) by completing our AOR form. This form was specifically created to protect your book of business by allowing us to identify our members as your clients.

When a member has an AOR completed in their profile, we know who to call when they approach any one of our patient resources with questions. We are grateful for your continued loyalty and we want to ensure that your members are well taken care of.

When you enroll a new member, don't forget to fill out an agent of record form.
