The Patient Advocate Team

At Gonzaba Medical Group, we provide you, the agent, with resources to help answer any questions seniors may have. Our Patient Advocate Team is dedicated to answering your clients' questions regarding Medicare Advantage plans, transportation, appointments, PCP changes, you name it! 

We call them the miracle makers of Gonzaba because they are just one phone call away-- always ready to serve our seniors como familia, like family.

Dr. Suarez

Dr. Suarez is from Bucaramanga, Colombia where she received her medical education before moving to the US for her fellowship and residency. She joined Gonzaba Medical Group in July 2024. Dr. Suarez specializes in Internal Medicine and she speaks both English and Spanish. She is located at Hillcrest Medical Center. Once a week, Dr. Suarez does patient home visits!

Dr. Duran

Dr. Duran is located at Gonzaba's Downtown clinic. He is very passionate about spending time getting to know his patients and making healthcare accessible to them. Dr. Duran goes out of his way to make tests available for his patients right there in his office including pap smears and skin tag removals. He speaks both English and Spanish.

The Gonzaba Foundation for Healthier Communities is a non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of the senior population in San Antonio, Texas. They provide senior services, resources and pipeline programming such as their lawn mowing services for qualifying seniors "Grass Busters."

Southeast Medical Center

For over six decades, Gonzaba Medial Group has been carrying out Dr. Bill's vision of making healthcare accessible and convenient to seniors in San Antonio. As we continue to grow we have broken ground on what will be Southeast Medical Center!

The new medical center is a two story state of the art building that will continue providing everything seniors need under one roof.
