Science isn’t easy. A webinar series hosted by the University of Denver's 4D Experience teaches attendees how to face setbacks, criticism, and disagreements head on. The series meets online on Zoom every Monday at 1 p.m. MT from March 30 - April 27. The series is free and it is highly recommended to attend the series in full, but participants can choose from the individual sessions through the link. |

The American Geological Union highlighted Ana Perez Hincapie, Ph.D. student in the Department of Geosciences in January. Ana is an international student from Colombia, where she earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from EAFIT University. She mainly works in southern Italy where she studies landscape features such as ancient marine terraces to understand how the land has moved up or down over time to reveal what is happening below the Earth's surface. |

| Neda Safari is a watershed science Ph.D. student in the Department of Ecosystem Science and Sustainability. Neda is originally from the mountainous city of Ardabil in northern Iran. Neda's research investigates how water loss affects people’s livelihoods and how policies and conservation methods can help farmers and communities adapt so they can continue farming as the water landscape changes. |

Drop in with Data is a supportive environment for graduate students doing data analysis. There is Stat Lab faculty and staff available to answer questions during the session. Bring any data analysis task that will move your project forward. These sessions are suitable for users of any software. Sessions run through April 30. |

Nicci Guagliardo is available each week to listen, share perspectives on grad life, and connect graduate students with campus and community resources. Nicci is a current M.F.A. student with a B.A. in English, an M.B.A, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction. Click the link above to view her drop-in hours. |

In this session, Sara Bombaci, associate professor in the Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology will examine the current landscape in higher education, address common misconceptions about inclusion efforts, share research from her lab demonstrating their impact, and discuss how these findings can inform future approaches. Students from Warner College’s Public Communication in Natural Resources class are hosting the first-ever CSU Day at The Gardens on Spring Creek. The students will be sharing their projects with hands-on learning activities. Admission is free for all current CSU and Front Range Community College students with an ID. |
